BetQ Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on BetQ, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with BetQ's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3Account Registration

To use BetQ's real-money services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The following conditions apply to all BetQ accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one BetQ account. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name or different names – is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.
• Accurate information required. You must provide your real name, a valid mobile number, and accurate date of birth during registration. BetQ reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
• Account is personal and non-transferable. Your BetQ account is for your use only. You may not share your login credentials with, or allow access by, any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• KYC verification. Before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or in response to risk indicators, BetQ may request identity verification documents including a CNIC, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide these documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction.
• Account closure on request. You may request account closure at any time by contacting BetQ support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to completion of any open wagering requirements on active bonuses.

4Age Verification – 18+ Only

BetQ strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any bet on the Platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

BetQ conducts age verification checks and may request documentary proof of age at any point during your account's lifetime. If age verification reveals that a player is under 18, BetQ will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return any deposited funds net of any withdrawals that have already been processed.

5Deposits, Withdrawals & Balances

All BetQ accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, foreign exchange fees, or dollar amounts involved in any transaction on the Platform.

Deposits: BetQ accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. BetQ does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. BetQ aims to process all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals above Rs 50,000. BetQ reserves the right to apply additional security checks to any withdrawal request.

Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. BetQ may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts after a written notification has been sent to the registered mobile number. This fee will not reduce a dormant account balance below zero.

• Funds in your Real Money Balance may be withdrawn at any time without restriction, subject to identity verification requirements.
• Bonus Balance funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• BetQ does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which BetQ has no control.
• In the event of a disputed withdrawal, BetQ's records of all account transactions shall be the definitive record.

6Bonuses & Promotional Offers

BetQ offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit matches, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed on the Promotions page as well as the general conditions set out here.

General bonus conditions applying to all BetQ promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and over who hold a fully verified BetQ account in good standing.
• Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Creation of duplicate accounts to claim a welcome bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed on the offer card and in the account bonus tracker. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real cash.
• Game contribution to wagering requirements: Crash Games, Roulette (non-even-chance bets), and slots contribute 100% per bet placed. Even-chance Roulette bets (Red/Black, Odd/Even, High/Low) contribute 50%. Live dealer games including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar contribute 25%. Esports and sports betting markets contribute 100%. Ludo Games contribute 100%. These rates may vary for specific promotions as indicated on the offer.
• Maximum bet permitted when wagering with bonus funds is Rs 2,000 per round, spin, or hand. Bets above this limit do not contribute toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus funds being voided if the limit is consistently exceeded.
• Bonus funds expire as indicated on each offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• BetQ reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Notice will be provided through the Platform's notification system.
• Where there is evidence of coordinated bonus abuse, syndicate play, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms, BetQ reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

7Game Rules & Betting Markets

Each game and betting market on BetQ is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or via the support team. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be changed, transferred, or cancelled except where BetQ's game-specific rules permit cancellation (for example, in the event of a technical error or a voided esports match).
• BetQ uses certified random number generation for all non-live-dealer games. Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as managed by the studio dealer and recorded on camera.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, BetQ's server logs will determine the outcome. If a round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the result recorded by BetQ's servers shall apply. BetQ is not liable for player losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed.
• For esports and sports betting markets, BetQ reserves the right to void markets in the event of match cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, or confirmed match-fixing investigation. Voided bets are returned as real-money stake to the player's account.
• If a technical error affects a game result, BetQ will investigate and may void the affected round. Players will be notified and stakes returned within 48 hours.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BetQ platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and BetQ reserves the right to void all associated balances and winnings.

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one BetQ account, whether personally or through associated persons.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, access the platform, or interact with games.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games to gain an unfair advantage, including in Teen Patti, poker-format games, or any player-versus-player format.
• Bonus abuse: Any strategy designed to exploit BetQ's promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal real exposure.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to BetQ without first raising the issue through BetQ's support team. BetQ reserves the right to recover the value of any fraudulent chargeback from the player's account.
• Money laundering: Using BetQ in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. BetQ complies fully with anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification, or impersonating another individual.

9Account Suspension & Termination

BetQ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited tools.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion, or other integrity breach.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BetQ will communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve the matter through the player's registered contact details. Real-money balances in suspended accounts will be held securely and returned to the player if the investigation concludes in their favour.

Where an account is permanently terminated for a material breach of these terms, BetQ reserves the right to void any bonus funds, pending withdrawals associated with bonus activity, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits not connected to fraudulent activity will be returned net of any outstanding liability.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the BetQ platform – including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, and video – is owned by or licensed to BetQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any BetQ content without prior written permission. Scraping of odds, game data, or any other content from the Platform is prohibited. The BetQ name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without explicit written authorisation.

11Limitation of Liability

BetQ provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While BetQ takes all reasonable steps to maintain service availability and accuracy, no warranty is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetQ's total liability to any player for any loss arising from use of the Platform shall be limited to the value of the player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises. BetQ shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from the player's own failure to read or understand game rules, bonus terms, or these Terms and Conditions.
• Technical failures caused by the player's own device, internet connection, or third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits BetQ's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12Responsible Gaming

BetQ is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools accessible through your account settings to help you manage your gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your BetQ account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose across any specified period. Loss limits are calculated on real-money bets only.
• Session time alerts: Set reminders that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified continuous period.
• Cooling-off period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, BetQ will take all reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded player.

13Privacy & Data Protection

BetQ collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BetQ uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver promotions, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. BetQ does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers or marketing organisations. All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security protocols.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by BetQ, subject to any legal retention requirements. Such requests should be submitted to support@betq.im.

14Amendments to These Terms

BetQ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BetQ will provide notice through the Platform's notification system and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, BetQ may also send a notification to your registered mobile number.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to amended terms, you should cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account. Your real-money balance will be returned to you in full.

Minor changes such as clarification of existing provisions, correction of typographical errors, or updates required by regulatory changes may be made without prior notice.

For formal complaints, please submit your complaint in writing to support@betq.im with the subject line "Formal Complaint – [Your Account ID]". BetQ will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days.

In the event of a dispute over a game result, bet settlement, or account transaction, BetQ's internal records – including server logs, game records, and transaction histories – shall be considered the primary reference point. Players who are dissatisfied with BetQ's resolution of a formal complaint may escalate the matter through applicable consumer dispute channels.
